3. Account Registration

To use Pinrom AI, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Subscription and Payments

Pinrom AI is offered as a subscription service. Current pricing is $5/month for introductory access during the beta period. Pricing may change with advance notice to subscribers.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel beforehand.

5. Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to Pinrom AI. You grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide and improve the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Pinrom AI uses artificial intelligence to assist with work management. AI-generated suggestions and content are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before acting on it.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You consent to such collection and use by using the service.

9. Service Availability

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNR Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
